どーも 川氏丸です。
最近ハマってる 歯周病は口内炎です。
ずーっと前から引っ越したい、引っ越したいと言っているのですが、いい物件ないのですよね。
東京R不動産とか よくみてはいるのですが、しっくりくるところ（8万前後、駅から徒歩7分以内、2口コンロ、風呂トイレ別、などなど） はまったくないですね。 R不動産で部屋を選べるか、選べないか ってのも 一つの格差だと思い始めてます。
そんな中 ナチュラル・ボーン・中規模～大規模建築物大好きな川氏丸は 団地の素晴らしさに見入ってしまっていますよ。

このサイトの団地の評価の仕方がまたおもしろい。レーダーチャートは必見です。ダンディとかコーヒーを尺度にしてるあたりが新鮮。物件の批評も会話口調でなんかいい。 基本的に国内の団地のみですが、世界地図をのっけてます。 今後活動の場を海外まで広げようという気満々です。
海外・・・ 団地・・・もうこなるとモダンアーキテクチャー熱も上がってくるわけで。
