The Rules
先日、自転車でイトーヨーカドーに行った帰りの話です。
意気揚々と鼻歌を歌いつつ家に帰る途中に、警察の方（いつもご苦労様です。）が猛スピードでこちらに向かってくるではありませんか。
明らかにガラの悪い方たちが横にいたので、この人たち職質受けるんだなぁ~とか鼻で笑いながらノホホンと過ぎ去ろうとすると。
簡単にお縄を頂戴しました。 理由は無灯火。
「あのですね～ 法律の改正がありまして～ 今、レッドカードっていうのを配っているんですよ～ 特に罰金とかはないんですけどね～」と赤紙をいただきました。
確かに 無灯火は危ないし、最近問題になってるからなぁ～。と反省しつつ、早急にライトを搭載することを決意したわけです。
ところでこのレッドカードというもの、裏を見ると無灯火は罰金5万円以下とか、信号無視も5万円以下の罰金とか書いています。結構厳しくなってるのですね、それか単に知らなかったか。

厳しくしないと守らないっていう人間ではないので、ここは素直に受け入れました。
でも、厳しくなってるってことは守らない人間が多すぎるってことであって、そういうルールを逸脱した行動に対して怒りを覚え始めた僕は、とりあえず 暖かいビーフシチューを食べました。
あとがき。
ちなみに 肉田クンのチャリのライトがなくなった件には一切関与しておりません。

６月から、チャリはヘルメット着用になるらしいですよ。
