ハルビンビール
中国のビールを順次紹介していきます。
まずは、ハルビンビール。ご存知東北地方黒龍江省のハルビンの
ビールです。味は、中国のビールに共通して言えることですが、
バドワイザー系の薄味。炭酸も弱めです。サントリーのプレミアム
モルツが日本のビールでは一番うまいと思っていた自分ですが、
先日プレミアムモルツを買ってきていただいて飲んでみたところ、
すっかり味覚が中国人になってしまっていてしつこい。濃い、苦い。
中国のビールは朝から晩まで水のように飲むことができていいですよ。
スッキリします。まさに渇きを癒す飲み物です。中瓶で2～5元（30円～75円）。
このハルビンビールは東北料理系の店に行けば上海でも飲むことが
できます。上海で最もメジャーなビールと言えば・・・青島ももちろん
そうですが、それよりもプレゼンスが大きいのは「三得利」。サントリー
です。ある中国人と日本人が「三得利」が中国の会社か日本の会社
かで口論になったとか。。。それぐらい「三得利」は中国に根付いています。
日本のビール会社は各社中国に参入していますが、大成功しているのは
サントリーのみ。ついで麒麟、朝日、札幌という順です。「三得利」という
ネーミングは、メーカー・小売・お客様の三者にご利益がありますように、
という縁起のいいネーミングで、これも中国人のハートをくすぐっているの
でしょうか。
