はじめまして
ハロー＆ウェルカム・トゥ・ナイス外。
今日は初エントリーなので、まずちょっとした自己紹介が適切だと思われます。ロスとニューヨーク育ちのイタリア系アメリカ人です。ルークと申します。日本語を高校から勉強し始め、大学で日本文学の専攻になった。大学の時に一年間の留学と社会人としての二年ぐらいと合わせて、日本にいるのは合計で三年半になる。見掛けによらず、年が一応若い（25歳）。自称「文学青年」だったにもかかわらず、現在の仕事は金融系なのだ。自分でも意味がよくわからないけれどとりあえず数年間この世界で頑張ってみようと思っている。
このブログのテーマが今のところで2つあります。まず、日本に住んでいる外人としての経験や感じたことについて色々書きたいと思う。日々の「日本イケてんじゃん！」だとか、面白いと思ったことやちょっとした文句（あまりないけど）だとか、ここで書かせていただきたいと思います。もう一つは日本や外人としての自分に限らず、一般的な考えについても書こうと思っている。
ちなみに、です／ますで書けばいいか普通に書けばいいかかなり悩んでいるんです。適当に混ぜちゃったけど、違っていればコメントしてください（「おい、外人、失礼だぞ」とかでいい）。
というわけでございますが、これから何卒宜しくお願いします。
